I am waiting for Defy +, i was about to buy Defy but then plus was announced. When will it available in South Asia? since defy is selling at 260 $ .. i expect it to be in similar range.

I also want to buy this phone, right now I am using optimus one although this is a great phone in its price range, but I really like the waterproo, dustproof and scratchless feature of Defy +. Can any body tell me how much it will cost in INDIA.

...or better, don't buy for a couple of weeks, then get a standard Defy at very good price, and overclock it to 1GHz. MIUI rom for Defy is already 2.3.5.
If you need the extra 1/2 hour battery life, then get yourself a 1700 capacity on ebay.

It should have a "Stamina mode" which downclocks it back to 800MHz. Battery life is more important than performance for phones like these.
