Amoled is very 'blue-ish'..
But S-LCD screen has a very poor contrast..
It's black is still too 'bright', but the white is not too bright either..
So, it's affect the sunlight legibility too..
I used to be fans of HTC with their sense 2.0, but when the 3.0 was released, it was very very laggy (unless you use custom ROM lol :) )

The 4.3" qhd display is ... moreim not a big fan of HTC, but i still dont see why so many people like AMOLED screens, the colors on them are just ridiculous, white is blue, colors bleed into each other..LCD looks far better imo, only possible disadvantage is viewing angles which only matter if you are trying to get more then one person to look at your screen. which is rare for a mobile phone.

Because your phone is metal, too heavy and thick so if you made it 4.3" like HTC Amaze it won't be as handleable as SGS II!!
I would buy amaze if it 4.0"

AnonD-13983, 27 Sep 2011omg a design leak from HTC, this is groundbreaking stuff, i... moreActually no, this looks a refreshing change, the shape is rectangular for a start and even thought it's still sense UI, you really notice the refreshed difference between this and the Desire like clones that have been coming out post 2010-early 2011, this screen looks slightly more hi-res. I thought the same as you till I had a play with sense 3.5, it really is one of those phones where you have to see it in person to realise how much better it looks compared to past iterations of Sense and HTC interfaces in general, and this phone should do the trick with an interesting form factor.

Htc is so left behind now...
The 4.3" qhd display is fine, but why it's LCD?
Why htc won't use IPS or AMOLED?
Then why htc still put only 768 mb not 1 gigs RAM? It's not enough dude..
Seriously, no 1080p video recording in dual core device?
I hope it's equiped with sense 3.5, if it's 3.0 it will be another epic fail smartphone..
