Everything done by Sony you repeat nitpicking on it.

In fact any reviews could be bias and incomplete or missing some nice part that they don't telling to you. That's why it can only a plain reference, other you should experience, just like my wireless speaker srs-xb10, they all saying it is not loud, but it is loud enough for that size and the audio quality is very good also plus it pumps up the deep bass much better, the design is a beautiful and with NFC ease of connection. I compare to other brand they don't pamper our ears. That's my experience! Those reviewer could be bias and there you are one of them

I own both phone, fiddle around both equalizer and as an audiophile, Mate 10 pro are a lot better. Even if both phone dont set anything, still Mate 10 produce better quality. And that Sony Extra Bass u mentioned, i ditch it long ago lol.

The Mate 10 get more noisy and less deep bass. My Z2 has almost 0 noise and the deep bass is incredibly awesome rich and loudly.

If you using the earphone come with the Z2 it has the normal loudness but if you use the extra bass earphone it has extremely loud volume, sure it can deafening you ears in full volume, I only set 40~50% to take care my ears for my Z2.

Between Honor 8 pro and Z2, Z2 is superior but on the quiet side. But between Z2 and Mate 10 Pro, the quality is far better on the Huawei side. Dynamic range is excellent and the Huawei Histen, superb. I dont know whats wrong with your friends phone.

Noisy compared to my Z2, my Z2 have no noisy and the deep bass is mediocre on mate 10 even I already use the extra bass earphone for listening. I play the Pokemon Go on my Xperia Z2 it has incredible deep bass pushing the gaming experience level up up up!

                        I test the earphone on of the Huawei recently smartphone, the audio quality is crap, a bit noisy and the deep bass is mediocre. When I saw the tiny bezel that's mean the output audio quality also mediocre.

Snapdragon 820 w/6.33" for $250ish. Great phone. Eagerly awaiting this Honor Note 10 as it could finally be a decent replacement for my nearly 2 year old X910

                              If the Switch is 9.4 inches long and Honor Note 10 has similar length (with such thin bezels), the screen size of the Honor Note 10 should be somewhere around 9.4" or even bigger

                                I wish they would hurry up and release this thing, I smashed my honor note 8 and no one can fix it and every other decent phone on the market has a puny display

                                  Yup, there is a notch to be seen, the upper part looks dark grey but not pure black. Im sure huawei wont give up on old ideas until sam or apple do it first - thats just their thing and it works pretty well for them. For the comparison, im more into edges than round corners, the games are alos way nicer on the switch, gimme that switch now! ;)

                                    Just download the first picture, open in some photo editing software and boost contrast & brightness. It does look like there is a \___/ shaped notch which is hard to spot because of software upper frame effect.
