It seems that just as Apple's latest creation plugged one hole, another appeared.

Surely consumers best interests should be what we all care about and not corporations wasting time in sometimes almost meaningless battles over copyright?

The laws of copyright really need a good going over as sometimes as technology develops and new technologies come about the next steps are almost certain, so the first to achieve these steps shouldn't be granted ownership, but rather be given a more of a global recognition as being the first.
Don't limit down to one company and then royalties etc, as with this recession can we not pitch in together to what is best for the world?

    Not realistic I know....:-(

If samsung quit this ongoing battle and rather focused on being the good guys rather than hitting apple back, that would probably give them more buyers -> more sales -> profit --> everybody happy!

Dual Antennas are not innovating. They are something easy to think of if a professor has done it. It is something like a basic solution for death grips. This is the true face of Apple. They must know that they are not alone in this world capable of innovating. What an odd world! they steal & still have the guts to sue others, claiming of being stolen.

A Usual Apple steals other companies ideas and passes it off as their idea and a new innovation.

stop worrying about who has what and who might have copied what if they took all the money they give to their lawers and put it into their technology there would be some amazing phones out....... first!!!
