Ashura, 24 Oct 2011To me they look good.Themes do not look that bad on Android TBHMIUI and its themes are still the best if you want an almost endless customization. SPB Shell 3D is also pretty good but it uses a lot of RAM.

Awesome phone will sell tonnes. It outsold many top Android phones last year.

Ashura, 24 Oct 2011I change mine like every month or soI Feel you, android looks total crap, i'm not sure how you can change that with changing themes. Themes has problem, mostly they only chance something and the whole UI just doesn't look unified it looks like different parts clued together which is total crap. It's not easy to redesign the whole OS graphics. So mostly those themes just look stupid or amateur.
That's why i prefer the original look which was made for OS, i have never changed my windows theme, i have tryed different ones but always got back to original which was designed by microsoft, it just looks best overall.

its still a good phone how ever you look at it. i like even thought i got iphone 4. still a good buy. ok naff camera. but with all due respect its all about apps. and safari. and iphone 3gs does this perfectly.

That tell your how vulnerable this country its; because these people can't even afford an new iphone4 for $100-200. Instead their stuck with 2 more yrs contract on a 2 yrs old 3GS phone... BAD......deal.
Wake up peoples, if your can't afford don't even botter to sign up a dumb contract.

3GS has great support and the biggest app store available! that's why it sells like crazy!!! I bought it one month after it's release and I can tell you that it woarks like day one and runs every app flawlessly! I recommend it to anyone who wants a smartphone that can do more than an average smartphone!

Hmm .. i won't spend Euro 1000 bucks for an Iphone 4S (ugly looking) and i won't spend $0 for an Iphone 3GS(less ugly looking) ..
On avearage i'll still stick to freedom, unique, customizable, creative phones .. which is ndroid based phones~~ Hehe~

sadly there's no contract system here in Indonesia. well, there is, but for limited segment. :-(

Yeah I know its on a two year contract... but people that get a phone were going to get that anyway maybe with same company maybe with another... but still.

about the contract every people have different need just adjust with your budget.

This is a massive and deep field of analysis that needs reporting. As noted below by a reader, what is the rationale to pay the same amount every month for a free phone on contract than someone that got a 450$ mobile phone for 50$ upfront with the same conditions?
How does it work?
By law, in France, the operator must give the unlock key to its client after 6 month of use of its phone. How does it work elsewhere ?
