It is too bad MS can't stick with a plan. Where is the support for people that purchased MS phones?
After all it took Apple years to develop the iPhone. What was that little handheld Newton thingy that they tried to sell everyone before the Palm Pilot?
I found the best feature of the 950XL is the camera. Taking low light photos; the 950xl was superior an iPhone of a similar manufacture / release date.
The OS needs improvement in the updating process. There are times it hangs up and needs to have the battery removed.
When the phone is in my pocket it overheats unless I hold my finger over the sensor on the front.
Recently someone tried to call me and the 950 thing just started making a ridiculous buzzy noise.
Ohhh and lets talk about the crap browser experience on the phone itself that won't work with many websites.
Good luck trying to get me to buy a MS phone again.
Why would anyone buy a phone from MS again?
Only to have non-existent support from MS months later.
Is MS going to give these things away?

Windows Phone software was by far the best mobile OS software. Unfortunately people gave more importance to the number of apps than te quality of the OS and consequently Microsoft had to come out of that. This is the story of this generation. Quantity over Quality. What a shame. I am now forced to use Android because Windows OS is not supported anymore. I don't like this but don't have a choice.

Well i have my Asus notebook for 1000+ euros and i am satisfied.
For a phone i use Moto X4 android device.
I never liked windows phones anyway but its on every and each tastes which you like or dont like.

It ... moreActually, win10 mobile came out verry rought at the edges and took microsoft waaay to long to crush the bugs, and some were never fixed. Ad to this an almost all old smartphones workind on windows 8.1 that were not updated (killing the user trust again) plus a lack of hardware quality the 950 duo were. On top of all this add total desinteress from Microsoft side, and you have your self a fast dying platform. A verry fast dying platform. Let's not forget, windows mobile was actually growing before all this problems.

If it is still running on windows 10 mobile / phone or whatever you call it, I'm not buying it. Yes, the OS is pretty smooth and stable. But I don't see any significant differences between the current duos in the market - iOS and Android. IMO, apps availability is the bread and butter which keep a platform going forward. Jumped onto the WP7 bandwagon especially with the 1020, and been through all iterations until Lumia 930 - lacking of true app supports like iOS and Android is a pain. Little by little, apps dev were giving up on this platform. Without good apps, window 10 mobile is just a dumb phone.

I don't know why Microsoft kill this operating system ,it was successful but need improvement only , they have a problem in marketing only .

So far we havent seen any improvement about the speed of android updates. Most Manufacturers are still very lazy to updates their devices.

Come on Microsoft get back on it loved the OS nice and fluid and only failed for people because of lack of apps, didn't bother me anyway! Had a Lumia 650 which was a great phone imo, don't like Android one iota so i am a IOS user now.
