With correct charger even 18 000 mAh battery can be charged withing 1 or 2 hours.

BUT then they a... moreyou're a god. i mean, really, i have not looked at consumer devices like this before. i pride myself of being pro-environment but have not viewed smartphone take-up this way; i usually am excited with new flagships coming up and have, in the last 2 years, bought 2 flagships and a "flagship killer". i promise though, after this knowledge you imparted me, with the next smartphone i will buy my primary requirement will be future proofing and ginormous battery capacity.

I kno... moreSame as Nokia. You remember it was good and now they are first for China and India. Then later EU and maybe sometime later in North America.
Sorry to say but in this world we live in now i expect to get global release and not need to wait 4 months plus when i get a global version. As a new release it should be HOME first and same time these markets. Mobile world is really polluted with new models in every 4-6 months like Xiaomi. And what ever name from China. Phone prices go down soon cause the market is polluted with same tech in different branding and software skin over android and most are root-able.

BUT then they a... moreMain problem is they sell us and we buy them even if we have no use alot of people buy more than one smartphone and basically have no use for them and after a few months just throw them away, to prevent wastage of resources we must join together and stop buying products and force companies.to longer the.life of devices and other products this will also cause OEMs to lower their profit and cost of products

BUT then they all know about lithium-ion tech battery degradation! so they keep they battery around 3000mah'ish to profit from the battery degradation and even promote "even faster" quick charging which expedites the battery degradation! so they keep users chained in a 2 years life cycle of a phone. so they can sell them new phones!
this is NOT how an intelligent sentient specie's should care about rare earth minerals that are in all tech nowadays, especially smartphones!
just take a look how the environment is affected world wide through exploitation of the extraction of those resources.
bigger batterys by standard in smartphones would prolong the use of such a device and passively reduce the exploitation of those!
unfortunately our society in the year 2019 just cares about profit! the green which you can't even eat! there is only one other species on this planet that act's like this.
exploiting one resource and once done move to the next resource and continue. it's called a VIRUS! think about it!

I know the brandname from batteries. Reading this article it seems that these phones are just OEM-phones from an unknown French manufacturer rebranded as Energizer phones.
I guess all those brands needed to diversify since many toys and devices nowadays come with build in rechargeable batteries. I know that Duracell sell Duracell-branded USB-sticks. Perhaps we'll see Duracell or Varta phones in the near future too?

No it's not.
Fast chargers decrease the lifespan of batteries and Powerbanks don't replace the primary battery itself; which is the MAIN reason why phones don't last anymore. Using a powerbank on a reduced capacity main-battery will only hasten the demise o/t powerbank. Which in itself also suffers from the same problems as EVERY other battery. Namely: degeneration over prolonged use!
The only solution (with current lithium based batteries) is to replace the main (primary) battery. The best solution for longevity of your smartphone primary battery probably is to top-up your using a (slow charging) powerbank and less often perform a full (fast-)charge.
Perhaps one of those phone-sites can investigate this precisely and do an article on how to increase longevity of your main-battery instead of the usual product propaganda.
BTW, I would also be pleased if GA's tech-details page also contains whether a phone has a notification-LED (and perhaps what kind: multicolour or single colour) and/or if call-recording is build in (or possible). Please.

Accoding to Battery University, we are encouraged to only charge and discharge phone from 50% to 70% to 50%, back and forth and so on. That means we get 20%. 20% of 18.000 is 3.600. So we can expect at least 5 hours of SoT (since it's mediatek, not snpadragon. Give it a rest), before having to charge again.
I am sure whoever owns this phone and follow "the rule" won't have to change the battery with the new one in at least 5 years.
Now this is what i call "innovation", unlike most of dillhole-on-top phones.

my prediction is, none of the phones will have a snapdragon SoC but all will be mediatek aka mediacrap. the number one GPL violation and IP infringement company.
if they do they will probably have a low-budget display based on LTPS which will cripple the experience.
my battery centric dream phone for 2019 would be.
A: minimum 5000mah battery
B: Snapdragon midranger SoC in the range of SD636,632
anything based on BIG.Little with an A72/73 + A53 (including derivatives aka kryo 250,260, etc)
C: AMOLED display with UD-fingerprint scanner
D: 5.5 - 6.4 size range depending on aspect ratio
E: an Android One Phone. for clean Android.
F: Camera, as long as its Sony IMX2XX/3XX based and does decent picture's I'm fine. its after all a battery centric phone not an Camera centric phone.
G: unlockable bootloader for after two years "Android One" support. for LineageOS community support.

How do they make profit? I have never seen a single pf their phone and 18000mah is awesome pair it with SD625 and you got a months batterylife but how long will it take to charge? Just think if it only supports sluggish charging
