      I can understand adds are wrong but any add blocker from google play can fix this probblem for free.
      By the way the moment you sign in to terms of agreement and services they got you and send you whathewer they want no matter if you have apple Sony Samsung LG huawei Xiaomi etc.

        Samsung Sony etc all cost 2-3 even 4 times more but have less features.
        By the way Xiaomi scored 107 on DOXmark and has been said its a best video camera phone out yet somewhere on this pages.

Otherwise they would be dependent on other phone makers to integrate their latest and greatest before Sony had got all the bugs out. So long as the other divisions make more profit than the phones lose money, I suspect they don't care too much.

              I may be subjective on this matter but I try not to. I bought the XZ3 with 800eur on a bundle with WH-1000XM3 headset. It is my first Sony smartphone ever, I am no way a Sony fanboy (except maybe a little admiration for their Bravia screens, although I don't own one). After I got to play a little with the phone and the headset I consider I did a fantastic deal. The phone is great, screen is awesome and the camera is on par with any multi-camera flagship phone (except in difficult lightning scenarios). At 500eur this phone is practically a steal, I can truly recommend this deal to anyone.

                  If this was the near or the initial piricng (say 599€ to be fair) this phone would have been a hit. Sony needs their phones out there, they're still making a loss financially whether they price it high or perhaps, why not at least win in the PR department...
                  Best advertising is from pleased Xperia customers...

                  Owner of Xperia Z and onwards till xz1 compact.

                  If Sony doesn't bring a compact flagship I guess I'll keep my Xz1c forever.

They're big most in part to their cheap phones with slightly better specs compared to those in that price bracket. Sure some Xiaomi phones are good but they lack refinement and just slap on trends to their phones because they can make all of them dirt cheap using sweat shops. Radiation isn't super important in a phone as you will experience far more radiation from the earth than any smartphone but that doesn't mean you shouldn't care about it.

                        you can't compare that to any Xperia that optimizes the use of the SOC.
                        Xioami has high spec to price ratio but you can't find features that Xperia has.
                        i never used a Xiaomi, my officemates do and they keep on changing, their units go old fast. i still use z1c and z5p and they still work great than some new Xiaomis and other brands. its unique that they know its my phone when put on a table and they're amazed at how it renders video when i watch movies and video clips...
                        and since we have the freedom to select a phone that suites us... go on with your "high spec" and we'll go with our Xperia along with its features that some may appear to other brands sooner or later...

Protrude camera modules means a case is always required. Waterdrop design is not futuristic but trends and soon be gone. Maybe you should eye on XZ4 but let wait and see what's new.

                                Price in question is $630 for US which is $18 cheaper than XZ3 with US warranty.

                                  If the phone would be that dangerous it wont be on market and it will be banned straight away.
                                  SD855 for 430 bucks is a lot better deal than poor sony with SD845.
                                  Xiaomi Quality is a lot betetr than Sony thus the fact Xiaomi is 4th largest phone manufacturer compared to Sony which is happily lucky somewhere around 11-20th placement.
                                  All pghones with SD855 would works like a charm and their quality is outstanding.
                                  Dont promo Sony phone here because its a huge lie.

In order to extract 855 possibilities it requires deep collaboration with Qualcomm which is something Xiaomi does not have. Sony on the othet hand develops together with Qualcomm, reason for why it can record HDR video on 845 while others can't. Just because a feature is available on the cipset doesn't mean it will work at all accross devices. Same goes for LDAC Bluetooth quality and implementation, it exists in Android because of Sony but it still needa to be properly tackeled by software manufacturers.

                                    In other words XZ3 has a lot more serious build quality, better radio antennas and engineering it doesn't emit radiation like Xiaomi phones do, has better quakitu screen, has HDR screen, better speakers, waterproofing, better wireless audio, heck it even has 3D scanning software which works like a charm
