There is hope yet for Nokia. They did a very good job of the new WM mango . Great Nokia add ons and also a great screen and Camera. Very friendly OS and many, many pluses for Nokia to build on. Some of them is font size for the Email and SMS. All said I like this phone and wonderful form factor, made better by the OS. Maybe Steve Ballmer may be right ? He said that WM will soar with Nokia's line up. Well done Nokia, from a Nokia fan that predicted doom for them, I have to say there is life after all. Just keep your eye on the ball as they say. More user friendliness would be a big plus.

Nokia polycarbonate unibody is a breakthrough in phone design, it is thin layer that is used in the making of bullet proof glass for its very impact properties. Now soon Apple & it iDiots will claim its their invention.

I was hoping the Lumia 800 would have come to my country sooner because I really wanted to add a WP7 to my Android.
So I bought the HTC Rader instead! It's my first experience with WP7 but I have to say WOW! Even with only a 1GHZ processor in the Radar, the WP7 OS runs smoooooth and responsive! I was very surpised and delighted!

musicalbox11, 23 Dec 2011this phone has the worst audio quality GSM Arena ever teste... moreoh dear r u sick or what Nokia have one of the best Audio quality unless you have some problem with your hearing power you said something about pentile matrix display do you know the meaning of Amoled or simply bashing this technology (pentile matrix) is used by Samsung too you will need microscope to know the difference, Camera it is better than 99% of Android phones just need tweaking its actually windows that limits the true power of its camera and after software update it will beat any Android phone, you talked about battery the phone offers 8:25 hours of talktime with faulty battery as tested by Gsmarena just imagine what will be battery life after the software update

musicalbox11, 23 Dec 2011this phone has the worst audio quality GSM Arena ever teste... morehave you ever tried it? it really surprised me.. i didn't expect it to be as customizable as android or as fancy as iOS, but hey, sometimes, i just want some simple things that works.. and this phone is buttery smooth.. i have to admit that i fall in love with this phone, even with its disadvantages.. but again, i was happy with my Nokia 3610.. i think this will still work for me.. so yeah, that's quite a high expectation from you.. i agree that it's quite overpriced, though.. but with nokia's support and that beautiful design, i can still close one eye..

[deleted post]Agree, every time they announce something from Nokia thousands of heaters appears, like they are afraid of Nokia return or I don't know, I really wish to Nokia a nice comeback since much of today phones are powerful but uninspiring or boring copycats designs, and Nokia was always somewhat innovative and unique....

this phone has the worst audio quality GSM Arena ever tested (or one of the worst), really baaad screen with pentile matrix and low resolution (where other are offering real matrix or HD screen), below-average battery life upon heavy usage (compared to _any_ android, compared to leaders - just half!) and its camera is nothing to talk about.
it is built from plastic and has an OS that needs at least half year to even glance on Android ICS, and a year till its market will offer so many diverse application Android is offering (and 10 years what iOs is offering).
Yet, it is such a halooo! Ok, it is nice phone for your mother, a cute one, say for $100 RRP. That's it!
Same price as competition? You must be insane.

android and ios had enough time to build their os perfectly from early stage(there were no competetors)but wp7 is a new buggy beta os,needs lot more years to be a perfect os..after 2 years juz think about android !what a marvelous universal os it will be! lol at wp7
