this seems a bit dodgy to me.. the alleged spying from base stations and their banning in many countries, then all of a sudden a chip they said was in-house only is being offered to
Apple..
They can still build in spying into the 5g modems.
Will be interesting to see Trumps reaction to this one.

So after claims by the US that Huawei is Stealing IP from US tech giants like Apple, and threatening their national security by spying on behalf of the Chinese government. Apple will buy 5G technology from Huawei. This is funny and ironic at the same time. If US and Apple focused their time and money on research and development of 5G instead of shaming and accusing other people of spying and stealing, they wouldn't look like sore losers...
