He/she can actually bluetooth a file to their friends.
Not making an Apple I.D
Not pay a premium for a phone arguably worse(depends on the phone user)

and it performs very smooth and same with ipod touch 3rd generation which released same year.
Both run latest apps and why go for iphone 4 or 4S unless u are little bit rich or geek about configuration.
For average user 3GS serves pretty well.

Don't forget the "iPhone" equals the iPhone 3gs, iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S. 3 handsets. How about a breakdown on these - I am sure you will find the 3GS is a big seller for those poor people expecting some sort of social status...

It's true. It's not all about Mhz. Android is not optimized as good as iOS and WP7. The software matters alot. Having less models is better for developers to optimize their apps and fix bugs. Check out Asphalt 6 game for Android then look at the same game iPhone 4S or iPad 2, it's like night and day.

...game over, the iPhone is so much better it's not funny.

i've owned both iphones and galaxies and i can tell you personally, i can't believe how much better s2x and nexus are over the iphones. didn't realize what i was missing until i tried android. i can say that the iphone is definitely more appealling to physically handle and to look at. os is simple and it's a gorgeous phone and i can understand why it's so popular.

If a mobile can't perform its primary function reliably, its useless, I don't care how popular it is.
