Who exactly wants this phone? It's not even that cheap really. And while compact phones sound nice this might be too compact. I would like a slightly larger phone but with bigger fonts. I mean why do huge modern phones have such tiny notification icons and font's by default?

Yeah it is something 800c340 or so but sstill oled and 200mAh more battery. Plust 2 sim cards and 3.5mm jack and type-c. Even droid 8.1 on them with 3GB ram versions. But yeah MTK something 2.4Ghz quad core. But well for the price of 1 Palm you get 3 different models of the same size from brands like K-Touch, Sayos and so on from China. Dont know much about the USA bands part of curse.

If it was $50, that would be great. $100 with good quality 4k. $200 with 150b/s+ 4kp50/60 10 bit+ would be even better, and that's less of a joke than charging $350 for what it is now.

This phone is just giving compact phones a bad name, it's exactly what I'm talking about all the time, it's a same story all the time - there's just so few compact options right now that manufacturers slap incredible prices for them, and often for same price you get either a decently spec'd phablet or grade-worse compact phone (e.g. Galaxy A20e costing more than Redmi Note 7). The problem is that there's a million of basically the same glass phablets being released all the time (especially brands like Vivo, Oppo, Huawei), so the competition is hard and manufacturers need to either come up with something new or price more aggresively than their opponents. Meanwhile there's so few "compact" (speaking under 6") options that manufacturers can charge insane prices for them.
Also, sometimes too much is too much (or in this case, too little is too little). From the advertisement images it might look like it's bezel-less, but in reality the bezels are quite thick so the screen is only 3.3", which is barely useable. For me, perfect phone would have around 125mm height with no bezels, close to what https://www.gsmarena.com/sharp_aquos_r2_compact-9406.php looks like.
