The difference i... moreI am lol the 3a even has a headphone jack, which is nice but not an essential feature for me since I'm fine with both wired and wireless. Most premium smartphones don't even include a 3.5mm jack to begin with so it's not a big deal if OnePlus doesn't either, but for the price the 7 Pro should include more premium features like the ones I mentioned above.

B.P, 29 Jun 2019if you just want a clean os android for calls, texts, socia... moreI'm in the same boat as you, I own both the OPO and the 6T and I'm thinking about getting the 3a as a secondary phone especially since the 7 Pro lacks so many premium features like wireless charging, a proper IP rating, expandable storage etc. OnePlus is going nuts with their prices and I fear it'll only get worse. I don't think they'll release two models simultaneously anymore and just focus on producing premium handsets like the 7 Pro.

Looks like OnePlus lovers are not rampant fanboys who will buy everything branded OnePlus for obscene amounts of money.
OnePlus for a moment thought of themselves as another Apple and that didn't go well.

if you just want a clean os android for calls, texts, social media and good camera just get the pixel 3a for half the price. unless you want to do gaming the oneplus 7 pro is just not worth the money. im a long time oneplus user btw! since opo , currently have the 6t

OnePlus 7 / Pro is tooo big and heavy, has no 3.5 mm jack, no card slot, no infrared and besides all that - too expensive. No need to wonder why OP had to cut price. Good software and relatively good battery life can't substitute essential functions which OP decided to remove to shave off additional amount of money from customers.

OP7 Pro is amazing device. That is why OnePlus sales only keep increasing slowly and slowly each year. Moreover OnePlus has the highest retaining of it's customers. That speaks volumes

Moreover OP7 Pro was overpriced in Canada compared to rest of the world. So it was kind of necessary to bring the prices in line with other countries. That's why the price change
