The update for the Nokia 500 will be delayed a few weeks. why ?? waiting to update my nokia 500 :-( wen it'll b available??

Updated my E6 to Belle.
The interface looks good, and a gr8 attempt to copy Gingerbread.
I have faced following problems after update:
1. Most apps are gone.
2. Touch Screen feels sluggish and less responsive than before.
3. My phone already crashed & rebooted twice in 24 hrs.
4. The Widgets are less and with fixed sizes. So the Home screen customization is not as flexible as i was expecting it to be. in fact in some cases, Anna was better.
Other than that, its pretty good. Though its taking time to get use to, i hope to get in terms with it sooner than later.

navi s, 09 Feb 2012hi!! Plz hlp.. Hw can i update my c7 frm anna to belle??Install ovi suitet 3.3.86 and connect your mobile go to tools and then click software update updating is almost complete in 4 hours during install update don't touch your mobile

Thanks bulicon..from what i can read here, i guess the apps on the phone memory will be wiped out. On my c7, thats over 50 apps, including Nokia's own apps. Guess i'll just wait a while.

Anonymous, 11 Feb 2012i finally got belle on my c6-01. So great to use. I finally... morebtw, i am using the new web browser. So cool to have maximum of 6 windows now from 3 in anna. Speaking of web browser. I have not seen my opera mobile on the menu. Just now i realize that the missing apps are those i installed in the phone memory. I feel bad to c7 and n8 users, 8 gb and 16 gb worth of apps missing is devastating. Anyways, still enjoy belle.

i finally got belle on my c6-01. So great to use. I finally have video editor although i have not tried it yet. Kinda sucks that some apps don't appear in the menu. I guess i have to reinstall to get it again. Gallery is taking forever to update. Can't handle thousands of photos? Hehe... Overall, i am very happy with the update.

belle still has some annoying things, like opening a different window for text input in some apps (specially when i use a third party dictionary), gallery should have some more 3d effects, music player is cool but not like iphone, if u can't think new ideas then atleast copy something frm those who r doing this. Belle is also not very good thing frm symbian. Its ok

yeah but still it need a support to manage applications properly , flv issue remains in belle but lOook is different and nice ,

I conclude that It hav a quite good appearance but the message folder has a very bad format of saving msgs....as the recieved and sent msg are saved in same place.....Its very bad !!

would it be that you had something go wrong while you updated your phone to belle? If not why the negative feed back? I have updated to belle and i found it impressive. The touch ui has improved to the point that it is on par with other rival os. Apps wise, belle is impressive as crap symbian softwares are filtered out and replaced or will be replaced with touch friendly ones. The only setback is the battery which i guess drains out, but not most to the offensive point. Notwithstanding, your battery can last, if you deactivate some unnecessary phone settings which drain battery. In all, belle it is; Nokias' 3rd generation most improved symbian os. I love it. You'll love. Try it!
For now use nokia suite 3.3... On a pc. It works like charm.

using Nokia Belle for past two days. FLV files works on it but it takes time to load on flv player, missing some apps like Socially, UC browser, tunewiki very badly! Homescreen dosent lags like Anna, im loving the new drop down notification bar, good battery life, new camera interface and rest is working exactly like anna! Loving my N8 again!

updated my c7-00 in India..it works noticeably faster...browser has lower lag..only issue with belle..it does not have the option for 'view open application'..or am i missing something here??wanted to try maps 2.0 but failed..dont know why yet...but overall a very good update !!

i updated my N8 yo belle. But touch sensitivity low, battery back up low, can't charge by USB, etc. nokia pls solve it
