A3 at 250 EUR when CC9e is 170 EUR sounds ridiculous.
I would expect A3 to drop to CC9e price level and A3 Pro or whatever+ resembling plain CC9 to come out at 250 EUR price point.

Priice specs and experience of a pure clean android is definitely worth the asking money.
There is nothing better at this price range with same or better specs and a clean android without any bloatware.

If it has full HD display and 710 or at least 675 SOC then it is worth 250 euros .

i like xiaomi's android one line and don't mind what i see in the phone. but not at that price tho. will definitely see where the price is in the next 6 months and what other offering available in the price range.

Why is everyone comparing EU price of A3 with Chinese price of other phones? It's already priced around 210€ in China and I'm sure price will drop well bellow 200€ from China resellers.

sounds like a quite nifty phone for 250€ - You get a slightly worse designed Motorola for 300€ - I owul dgo for mi.

If this is based on CC9e then there SHOULD be A3 Pro or Plus or something, based on regular CC9. For xiaomi to release only this one phone, seems very silly..

720p ???? ... no 1080p video on youtube, and recrorded video at 1080p or 4k will look chunky on the screen !!!
the phone is for those who want playing pubg in 720p for long hours !

What happened to Xiaomi's value for money approach. I am highly disappointed with A3. With 720 HD+ display on a 6+ inch screen and SD 665 it's not worth anywhere near 20k. Imagine the same device with 1080 FULL HD+ AMOLED display and 710 or 730 processor. It would have made everyone so happy.

People wanting the 1080p display are probably those buying this as a primary phone so they want everything in it for a great price. I wanted to buy this phone to try Android One but also having the newest if not one of the newest SoC but coming with 665 is pretty disappointing.
