    One V is singlecore.
    One S is dualcore.
    One X is quadcore.
One XL is probably Tripple core, I bet.

Poweramp can't even make it close enough. It saves you from a confusion of choosing a good headset in the store and they put it neatly in the box.

1gh single core? they call that an upgrade from the Desire s? if any thing, it's an upgrade from the Widlfire. how are they planning to sell that when other companies are equipping their mid-range devices with 1gh dual-core processors!

If they dropped that Beats-BS, they could have put a dual core in that.

See, HTC... that's why your profits plummeted. Give us what we want! power! Power to the masses!

I don't know what my used to be the most loved smartphone company is doing.

                  1. Design?? (aging, but ok, I could live with that)
                  2. Specs???
512 ram for one V, if it is not a joke, then good luck going bankrupt HTC (and then news in 3 months, that your phone specs do not meet next Android version, sorry buy a new phone.
540x960 screen for One S which is premium segment along with 8MP camera? I mean seriously, year old Iphone has 640x960, and HTC cameras have been worst of the Android pack. I am assuming HTC One S will debut at around 500Euro, and sony will stick Xperia P with 4inch screen, same res. (which will make pixel density higher), 8MP snapper and 1GB ram at around 400Euro. Are you kidding me, not to say Xperia S with better screen and 12MP camera is already available for pre-order in Germany at 449Euro. Nail in the coffin for One S.
One X, with 4.7 screen and 1800 battery??? First of all what is up with screen, is this modern age equivalent of penis cliche?? The bigger the better. I mean how long will Tegra last on 4.7 screen, if Xperia S with 1720 and 4.3 lasts roughly a day? And how do you use it with one hand?

I am gravely sorry to see HTC choosing such a self-destructive path. My favorite smartphone company is killing me. Come on HTC make this:

                  4-4.3 Screen SuperAmoled
                  1.5 Dual Core
                  1280X720 res
1.5 GB RAM (so we get at least a couple of updates in the future)
                  32GB internal memory
                  SD card slot
3300Mah battery (Motorola did it, why can't you)
Get rid of the sensor buttons, 4.0 allows for it and it will save space
12 MP snapper (just buy the same as Nokia N8 or Speria S) Xenon flash

That would be one hell of a phone.

What is the point of having Tegra3 if in 8 months time there will be new Android version and you will say that, sorry 1GB of RAM is not enough, buy a new phone. And all of the new apps will require Android 6 or later. But hey, you have Tegra 3 chip. Which runs on 1 core, while you are happy that there are 3 more that you can never use, since your OS version is outdated.

HTC come back to life, please.

Don't get too caught up about the look of the phone, it's only a mock-up posted on numerous sites, it's not a leaked image.

I can't see a HTC One XL, the Sensation XL has a 4.7" screen, the same as the rumoured HTC One X, so why need an XL version?

Also, stop complaining about HTC releasing a single-core processor device, it's obviously going to be an entry level device. If you want dual-core, you have the One S, quad-core then the One X, so chill out people! Don't complain, nobody's forcing you to by them. If you want a dual-core with a small screen, get the iPhone 4S... Lol!

I thought the primo was a dual core 1GHz and I was like: finally a phone with a dual core that is not gigantic in size. Now you say it's a single core, what's the point of releasing yet another single core 1GHz phone!!! Very disappointed.
