As a Nokia fan can tell the following: not my type of phone.
1. FPS on the back in 2019 sounds really outdated;
2. SD710 is far from productivity of 855 and Android is becoming more and more power hungry.
HMD must learn from old Nokia mistakes and not to repeat it. Can't release so many models and take good care for them. It is useless. Didn't learn from Apple?
Such a shame.

It costs millions to design a smartphone and millions more to redo. There's no way you'll get a phone like that. Go make your own then and realize that designing a smartphone with parts first and fitting the materials inside a small phone without any problems second is too difficult to pull it off.

nokia could easily beat some of the today's flagships if they use or implement:
1. 48 sony imx586 with zeiss optics with OIS & EIS with variable aperture
2. A true xenon flash along with led flash like in lumia 1020
2. 5000 mah battery
3. Clear black Amoled display with 6.5' inch screen with better screen to body ratio
4. Ozo audio for stereo recording & playback
5. aluminium frame use like is nokia 7.1
6. 3.5 mm headphone jack
7. IR blaster
8. Chipset SD 855+
9. Finger print rear mounter or side mounted.
if above all conditions satisfied, mobile will sell like hot cakes, atleast in my country which has one of the biggest smartphone market
if they did it in 2012 they could also do in 2019 when technology is so much advanced compare to what it was in 2012

Sensor? Prolly sony sensor which almost everybody use. Lens? I mean yeah zeiss makes good optics but other producers as well according to your comment, in actually zeiss is more famous for their coating which renders the color beautifully.
So in ends up with bad software or implementation?

It is good that Nokia is giving Android one out of the box plus 3 years of updates . This makes them concentrate more on hardware and optimization and who doesn't like stock android . I hope more companies use stock android Instead of heavy skins which make the user experience worst and the laggy performance with time.
