So many people hating on Sony... in an article about Google Pixel 4? GSM Arena's moderators should deal with so many trolls.
In any case, I'm sure what makes this screen so good is Google's proprietary programming, yet the Google Pixel is like a phone made with the purpose of stealing your info with such a small amount of storage and Google being so deeply integrated to everything within it.

It can be the best screen ever but on a 2700 mAh battery is a complete joke.
For what sake anyone woud like to have the best screen ever when they plug the pphone off from charger and it says battery drained connect the plug and charge the battery,

Since they rate so many recent flagship displays as Visually Indistinguishable from Perfect, what does a point or 2 here or there matter with respect to colour accuracy? They should just state VIfP, then move on to full-panel brightness/sunlight legibility scores.

Anonymous, 17 Oct 2019You know most samsung oled panel (including iphones) can go... moreyou do now thats a bullshit,only in hdr they can have those nits and thats pretty bullshit false advertising.To this day only true 1000 nits display is LG mlcd+ display,all others are pretenders,even note 9 and s 8 in auto and manual never have above 680 nits so where th fudge is that 1000nits.

For example, 0.4 JNCD. The pixel 4 isn't the best they simply state it matches other best phones in the area. It has not set any records.

Of course the calibration & tweaks from Sony. Pretty much like Huawei ask Sony to customize their camera sensor exclusive for them, hence IMX600 & IMX608.
I never said anything bad about it, in fact Xperia 1 are one of the best display as of now.

I know that LG supplies oled to Sony for TVs but Sony has a better image processor and electronics.

displaymate is crap, how do they rate the screen?! all reviewers said they have a hard time reading the screen under sunlight compared to the galaxy s10, note10, iphone 11 pro, heck some reviewers even said the iphone xs screen is much better
