[deleted post]If Snapdragon battery consumption is 2x than Kirin as you says then why most Snapdragon phones battery test on this site can achive great result compare to Kirin? Also Snapdragon's performance is far better than Kirin and cheaper too!

[deleted post]Wow you really are new at this. Lol 400 mhz cores. Where have you seen this? Cpu-z? Cpu float? Its the lowest mhz a cpu can go. Qualcomm chips can do that too. It usually the little cores that go so low. My sd 855 little cores go as low as 576mhz.

[deleted post]Well, your overall inference might be correct but the gap indicated by you is certainly wrong, as corroborated by Anandtech and many other websites.

Can you please cite your source of info?

Samsung battery capacity is always overstated. I use multimeter to measure my S10 5G and Note 10 Plus charging and actual capacity is about 15-20% smaller

If you hold onto your phone for 2-3+ years, then it makes perfect sense to invest in a phone that offers all the latest & greatest, even if it's currently useless to you.

It is the same reason why it is sensible for such consumers to purchase a 5G phone right now, even though the current coverage is pathetic.

Now on the other hand if you're a smartphone enthusiast like me & change your phone more frequently, then it's a different story for us.

We can guess that the S11+ battery will reach nearly 5000mAh, which I think is prepared for high refresh rate screens and 5G.

Iwontbuythat, 07 Nov 2019Will S11 have 8k video recording? I found many articles cla... moreIt will technically be capable of 8k recording. For 8k recording, you need a SoC that supports it, and at least a 33.2 Megapixel camera.

The current Exynos 9820 already supports 8k @ 30fps, while the upcoming Exynos 9830 & Snapdragon 865 is also expected to support it.

Resolution won't be a problem on the 108MP sensor (although i would expect some degradation in quality due to the quadbayer nature of the sensor).

Whether the phone will natively support 8k video recording or not is upto Samsung. Even if it isn't officially supported, someone at XDA would probably release a mod to enable it.

Though I criticize Samsung for endurance and low battery, I use s6 and tab s6. Because I somewhat like softwares like private folder, multiple users.. just on one phone I can have two WhatsApp using dual messenger, extra one on secure folder so 3 WhatsApp or Facebook per user, I tried adding 3 users.. so ultimately total 9 whatsapp or facebook accounts..something amazing.. also love the stylus.. I criticize them like true friends always do, because I expect more.. a flagship with 6000mah like Asus rogue 2 will be really amazing.

Don't know why GSM arena never included map navigation in their test.. Samsung will be pushed too low in endurance...they shine because of talk time and video playback timing.. of all gsmarena test I never consider their endurance.. I always keep 1hrs talk and 1 hrs video but max use of web browsing. That somehow little realistic.. hope gsmarena considers map navigation in battery endurance..

S11 looks to serious make over. Major camera upgrades and bigger battery. If they end up with Graphene batteries then it will be HUGE success. Samsung actually innovates as they are the only true vertical company(making SOC, Memory, Camera sensors, Storage, Battery etc). Every Apple phones have multiple Samsung parts including the screen.
