64mm width is fine you know..
I owned SGSII and feel bit uncomfy because it's too wide.
Since SGSIII has bigger screen, this dimension is great if the specs is true. Again, you need to take this with a bag of salt :P

It's smaller than the Galaxy Nexus which is cool, but has a slightly larger display which is cool, still it's quite big!
Look's like a contender for phone fo the year 2012.
