Surprise, Surpise... Blackberry needs a new strategy or it will be going down the drain in a few months/year max. Let other companies use BBM and let them pay you Blackberry, like that BBM will still be used because now everybody uses alternatives (iMessage, Whatsapp...)

They are going to have to bring out a top end smartfone to get back on track or just go and sell the firm and any patents.I like BB and their security and real buttons.They also need to take a big look at their app store its lacking and very expensive.
