As for used phones that have no support anymore (pretty much have a dead system) is kind of normal to be cheap, even so, would you buy one as your daily driver? I won't, and not because arrogant, i actually am enviroment aware. Just that i have enough experience with old and already used devices, most of them are not going to hold a year, as the battery is the first to go down the hill, sometimes even if the device is new. Never saw Nokia 6.1 plus being so cheap, where is that? I would buy one today...

I don't understand why people are bashing on Nokia for their price/specs ratio. Did you all read the article? It's meant for Kenya! (emphasis on Kenya/Africa). This is a blessing for poor people, where some of them never even heard of smartphones. Think/read wisely before you speak people! (I'm talking about myself too)

Xiaomi is not ... moreEvery phone with price tag of 60$, have better spec, and screen, than this, even Lumia 650 2-3 years old, phone with Windows, and no support, have way better, at least HD Amoled screen. Simple question, why you would order Xiaomi phone from US to EU, Xiaomi is Chinese brand not US brand, maybe, that's a reason why you pay shipping, if you order from EU warehouse, or even from China, it says with big letters 'free shipping", from EU WH paid custom duty, and not only Xiaomi, you can order HMD Global Oy phone with Nokia logo on it, let say Nokia 630 for about 70$, Nokia 6.1 Plus for 100$ (in 4/64GB combo), and because of that i think that this C1 is not good, for anybody.

And yes, to receive a shipping from lets say, USA- Europe it reaches mostly 15 to 20 euros. I doubt shipping to any country in Africa will be any cheapper.

And you talk about cheap? MediaTek low low end is not cheap, TFT screen with resolution from 2008 is not cheap? Camera quality like calculator camera is not cheap? HMD name is not cheap?.. Why don't you just stop about that, or you're only reseller of HMD phones in EU so acting like that. Just say, i will biy one HMD phone, but not this C1, for sure :D

Add another 20$ for shipping and see who buys it. Nokia costs that much at the local store, which i find so the price is ok. Some people do not understand marketing, but this device, minding all the involved payments, is actually cheap. Also minding the fact that in Kennya a lot of people do not have money even for this device, why would they pay 20€ plus shipping more for another?
