I agree that the colors are not optimal but Samsung will have the phone available in other colors too. Not to mention, you can get a nice $50 carbon fibre cover or something similar for the back and the front will look like a large iPod Touch.
People expected something revolutionary from a phone but the phone revolution ENDED when the first iPhone launched. Now it's all about small evolutionary changes and that's what Samsung S3 brings, similar to how iPhone 4S was to iPhone 4. People expecting the phone to be made of some exotic liquid metal materials with titanium back cover and 1080P screen with quad core snapdragon processor are kidding themselves. It's not that Samsung messed up but people's expectations are totally wacked. It's only been a year since Samsung S2. What do people expect this phone to wash their clothes and do their cooking?

A note: I loved the GPU is actually booming in SGS3, yes! Motorola Razr Maxx! Battery with 3.300, yes LG Memory with 2GB!Samsung yuck! Yes, Yes, Yes iPhone 5.
