I like underdogs who can surprise. Add new names in the rumble. My next phone will most likely be touchscreen since my few issues w/ my N82 is the screen size. Maybe companies like Archos, Cowon, n Creative can get into the act since phones will kill the DAP/PMP market soon. I luv Cowon's batt life. iRiver is taking their chances soon. Google n Microsoft will make it even more confusing n a melee. Nintendo DS phone, anyone? :)

I Think This Phone Is A Great New Addition To The Phone Market Due To Its Large Screen Which Makes Its GPS A Great Feature But It Is Still Not In The Same League As LG Prada, Viewty And The Apple Iphone

This came off as a bit of a surprise, esp from Garmin. It does look more GPS than phone. But if it starts looking like a phone, people will complain that Garmin is ripping of the holiest of holy that invented the wheel- Apple. Damn if u do, damn if u dont. I like the specs on this tho. I hope it has a bigger screen like 3 inch. Wish Garmin all the best in this competitive market since phones now are biting into their GPS market. Now waiting for that Google phone.

This might have some potential seeing as Garmin does great GPS resivers. Have to wait for the full specs and a test spin before I praise or hate it though. But it looks great on the pictures. But looks can be desiving just take iPhone....

I think they'r gonna do well with it... but the design is too much GPS and too little cellphone... they should bring in more colour, gloss black or gloss silver or what so ever...

this fone is cool......man,i think garmin is gonna stir up some serious competition.why not.all the "top dogs" have got navigation, and it would only be possible through the navigation software.i hope garmin brings out many more fones, and shows the market how real navigation fones should look and work.u guys have got all the rite to make your own fone series just as the different fone companys have used what u guys invented to better their products.the business look of this fone also attracts customers like me, and trust me there are many of us out there!
you should also look as maby making a durable version for the adventured type.

im my books this is not just another new fone on the market,but a completely new way of how these kinds of fones will be used and the purpose they will serve.
PLEASE BRING THIS FONE OUT SOON IN SOUTH AFRICA!
