So I like it, saves hw - thinner body - better price, with full thickness for cameras doubling as selfie and always accessible screen...its good.

Having the screen on the outside is a logical consequence of avoiding redundant phone parts. I just hope they can protect the screen adequatly. Other than that I love the design, as a guy I hate the size of current phones, they don't fit nicely into pockets, the punchhole, popup cam problem is also solved. Now throw in some wireless charging for me and I'm sold on this.

they didn't make inwards folding is mainly due to they want the screen to be of fulltime use without the need of a secondary smaller screen...

just having a beer, 31 Aug 2020Ok... How do you open it in practical way?The only way is to use it horizontally like mateX, but you will end up not with tablet but super wide phone when unfolded.

Looks like these Chinese companies are pretty much into outward folding design.
                    Why ?
Because they can't make inward folding capable display.

This will die in a pocket in 5 minutes lol. Folding screen inside, sure, why not. But soft fragile on outside, VERY bad idea.

Bad idea. They could get it thinner than the RAZR with its two displays but at the cost of leaving the screen exposed. Plus you can't put a screen protector on it besides the permanent one.
