If FAUG will not come on between this date then there is a fault to ban the PUBG.

I was just pointing out that indepedent studios had been developing games for 3rd parties, the 3rd parties then just publish the games in their own names.

all pubg players bank account was stolen by china apps ,but this goverment respond very late.

Somehwere inside I think Bluehole studio is happy about this. The co-development with Tencent games for PUBG Mobile gave Tencent a 10% stake on their company and also the distribution rights.

Nobody likes foreign stakes on their company. I hope the ban gives them ample reasons to develop the game in house.

Funny how people are against the ban. Little do they know that PUBG itself was first banned in China. L

By the look of it Tencent is the 3rd party in this case, although they have some shares in the studio which made the game.

How can it be completely done. Will there be 2 development streams. If there are two, they would be different, so how will it work on a global scale.

Anonymous, 08 Sep 2020What does FEKU stand for? The G stands for grounds? The Indian knock-off of PUBG is actually named FAU-G which is a stylised form of the Hindi word “fauji” which means a soldier. Fauj, (or fawj, fowj) is a Persian and Arabic word which means military. The ending -i is a suffix in Hindi, Persian and Arabic that usually makes nouns into related nouns or adjectives. In this case “fauj” + “i” becomes “fauji” which means a “soldier”. Coincidentally the ending “ji” of “fauji” sounds like the honorific “ji” (like “mr” in English) which in Hindi is added to the end of someone’s name as a polite way to address them.

Now, “phenku” (or feku, fenku) literally means “someone who throws” is a slang for a liar. Someone who throws false claims around compulsively. That guy referred to the Indian Prime Minister as phenku because he (like most politicians) makes promises which he doesn’t fulfill.

The game FEKU-G, started development in 2014 and quickly faded into obscurity and they restarted the game in 2019, with the blessings of PRIME MINISTER Narendra Modi and funding from Kanada kumar

So ultimately PUBG was banned and FEKU-G was announced 5 days ago with initial beta release for October.
