I'm running it. It works.
The android drawer looks like the android drawer because IT IS the android drawer btw.

FYI I got both WinMo, Symbian, Android and UIQ.
I have tested the Winphoney tiles UI as an Android homescreen and NO, it's just a flashy design and have no practical use.
Still the world have said what it thinks about UI's and that is not to have tiles all over the homescreen.
I can't wait to try out Tizen and the Mozilla OS.

In my opinion, Android is King right now. Android fulfills all my mobile needs which is something WP7 hasn't been able to do. I am looking forward to WP8. iOS would be my second but it is too boring. I don't know what glitches Android has had that people are talking about because I have never had any glitches from any phone that I have ever owned.

Dun, 02 Aug 2012Still there is only 2% that wants the Winphone and the rest... moresee this is the problem with you droid-only fanboys.. you cant admit that there are otehr good things out there... you think android is the only thing around. in case you dont rememeber, android was a piece of crap up until jelly bean came... i have 3 phones including the nexus galaxy which came with stock ice cream sandwich and that thing has SO MANY glitches. android is far from perfect..
and wen you use win8, it is smoother on 1 core with 512 mb ram than my nexus galaxy that is so called a "beast".

There is no problem that there is alot of alternative mobile OSes. if it where, the darned WP8 can get canceled and most people won't cara a bit about any intelligent aka ugly tiles lost, See!

I think their innovation is bound into vain. No more OS please, we've to move forward not backward. Variety and competition are both important, only if it's reasons.
Firefox itself doesn't have enough money and creativity to fight with Google. Even Microsoft fails to do it. They can't lure big named company to their side and they don't create something new, why should I bother? In the end, there will be uses who got left in the dust for this non sense OS.

Interestingly enough the Samsung Galaxy S2 is being used as a benching tool for the OS at the moment. So that suggests a dual-core as a necessity to run it.
Their motivation seems to be mainly towards web development not aggressive marketing against that company that shall not be named.
