so samsung wanna built a larger ecosystem by offering their chipset to other companies.
If exynos 1000 is really faster than SD875 ,
its okay with their ecosystem

Id rather have MediaTek SoC that have improved over the years specially their Gxx & mid-high end Series than any crappynos variant.

ADAM, 04 Nov 2020Agree, and I love this list of phones Thanks, I've included more unique phones, all of those have something different from the rest, could be as simple/not visible as Meizu 17 who combine circle battery percentage icon with the punch hole and the Gimbal camera of the vivo X50 Pro or the 3D face recognition of the Xiaomi Mi 8 Explorer, up to way more special things like the LG Wing or LG G Flex.
What do you think of this updated list now ?

Anonymous, 04 Nov 2020What about Asus Zenfone 7 and 7 Pro?Well, I don't have ALL phones with this kind of thing in my list, there isn't any slider phones for example, and except for the best phones with pop up like the OnePlus 7, K20 and K30 ones, I don't have other phones with a thin/single camera pop up as I consider it a huge waste of potential, hence why the Vivo, a larger pop up with 3D facial recognition would be amazing and would make more senses considering the already wasted space from the motor.
The Zenfone 6, 7 and 7 pro were a kind of disappointment for me because of the non inclusion of the Jack, also I expected underdisplay FPS, maybe Asus being kind badass which could have choosen the 3D Sonic Max, but the camera setup doesn't make any senses, there is no need for 3 camera, only the Wide and Ultra-Wide need to be on the flip module, a better Telephoto periscope style and a good depth sensor could have been put on the back.
Though, this is totally biased as I don't like Asus for many things (hence why I don't have any Asus ROG Phone in the list), except for Routers and Sound Cards where they are amazing, I have an Asus RT-AC66U_B1 and it is great, I also had an Asus sound card and it was really good too, but Asus is often overrated and overpriced for most other things IMO and from my experience, so I don't know about their phones.
But you made me rethink that and I'll include phones I like for their uniqueness in a wider range, like the Pixel 4/4XL for their Bezel + 3D facial recognition, Galaxy S8/S9 for their bezel with amazing sensor suit, and Zenfone 6, 7, 7Pro for their flip camera.

All the phones I put in favorite have been chosen for specific reasons that obviously went over your head.
If Nokia, LG, Sony or Asus make a good phone that fit my tastes, meaning that it is spared from the hole/notch and curved edge curse, I'll buy it, I don't care if it is Chinese, American, Korean or not.
And like I said, OnePlus also turned into a brand one should avoid, it is not my fault if American brands and Samsung which act like one are the worse.
And I guess the Nokia 9 is Chinese ?
I am curious which of OnePlus, Nokia, Xiaomi, Oppo, ZTE (Nubia), Vivo and Meizu is a weird and obscure brand though 🤣
Since you aren't able to conduct any logic analysis from obvious pattern in a lists, so here is for you a little help :
*OnePlus 6t, because it is my current phone.
*OnePlus 7(t) Pro, because they have an excellent implementation of the pop up.
*Nokia 9 Pureview, because the idea behind its camera setup was genius and it have bezel.
*Mi 9t Pro, it is specs wise a really good phone and it have a nice pop up.
*Oppo Find X, the only one to have pop up with 3D facial recognition.
*Oppo Find X2 Pro, because of the amazing IMX689 sensor.
*Nubia Red Magic, Lite and Play, because of the thin top bezel implementation.
*Black Shark 3, a really good phone with thin bezel and interesting magnetic connector.
*Redmi K30 Pro,Poco F2 Pro a great phone with great feature set with pop up and low price.
*Nubia Z20, X, second display on the back and no front camera, a great formula.
*Mi Mix Alpha, also no front camera and an interesting concept.
*Vivo X27 Pro, V17 Pro, a large pop up that could host 3D facial recognition.
*Oppo N1, N3, a different implementation of the flip camera.
*Mi 10 Ultra, a weird but great camera setup that is spared from the 2Mp/5Mp plague.
*Meizu 17, 17 Pro, only smart implementation of the punch hole, nice main camera design.
This list SCREAM pop up/uninterrupted display and unique phones, with only the 6t, Mi 10 Ultra and Meizu as exceptions.
It is NOT my fault if only Chinese compagnies do interesting things that break the constant stream of copy/paste phones that are only slight variations of the others.
But this isn't the first time you tried to use favorite device to try and insult someone :
"haha says the guy with "IPS display" as his name and favourited any phone with non-AMOLED display no matter how garbage"
But what should I expect from a guy who say every Chinese phone is a copy of "insert any non Chinese phone/brand" even when this is totally wrong and praise how any similar non Chinese phones are better.
