IOS will never get the top position coz there are hundred of android phones available with multiple manufacturers but just about 3 IOS phones being sold(4th coming soon).If IOS is to reach the top, they will have to make a few budget phone first, or else enjoy the second place till Windows catches up.

Google(Android) need now put their steps so carefully, bcoz its become no.1 mobile OS and after its only no. 2 is present. So now google needs understand carefully public's demands

No reason to differentiate between dumbphones and smartphones. The cheapest Android costs 50 euros and most Android models are free with contract anyway. In my opinion Nokia is the BIG LOSER here. They completely destroyed their market share by refusing to innovate. I'll be really surprised if anyone at Nokia is hopeful about their future.
Is there ANY reason why they didn't go with both WP8 and Android?? Samsung LG and HTC are doing it. Why did they have to go with just windows???

So the market is dominated by cheap crapdroid phones and the press is making a fuss about it?? Hmm maybe the pre$$ has been pre$$ed towards that direction...
Developers will eventually dump crapdroid when WP8 gains some traction!

I really dont understand why u keep comparing ios with android market shares. Someone that doesnt like iphone he simply wont buy. So he wont buy iOS. Someone that doesnt like htc for example he will buy something else that is powered by android. He still takes an android device. Ios is supplied by a single manufacturer, apple. Android is supplied from 10 or more. So whats the point to compare them. Its like comparing the market share of all german cars with toyota. Guess who has the biggest

iOS and Android are dated when Windows Phone 8 released. They are using ancient kernels. They would have to create new OS to compete with Windows Phone in coming years.

Android apps rarely go from paid to free. Windows Phone has best looking apps and arguably gives you the best experience. I use all three OS.
