Still doesn't look as fun as the phones from the early to mid 2000s. You can roll that display all you want, it's a nice party trick, but once the real world kicks in that roll will likely turn into a scratch. Think there was a patent or something for memory glass(?) or some sort of hard material that has a memory and can hold a certain shape under current(or maybe flex).

Oppo have already gotten a working device that does this same thing. You can see it on MrWhoseTheBoss YouTube channel.
Rollable screen smartphones will be appearing next year.
