WP8 is the... morehahaha lol! future is not for a boring useless os which only use already available features in droids without doing anything new! samsung and htc claim that wp8 phone are only done because if there is people that want it they can have a large range of brands and they will win few bucks but however all the companies said that android will be their most developped os in the future and till now huawei, zte, sony and others like motorola won't use wp8 in anyway! :D

( i have a cyanogen mod10 rooted xperia s which is jellybean based and i have best battery power and official ics has alspo best battery results which is the best and the only safe rom to use rom! if won't like upgrade to ics)

Even if Microsoft and Apple didn't have a contract not to sue, Apple wouldn't sue any Windows Phone devices. Windows Phone UI can't possibly be any farther from iOS.
To be honest, Samsung did in fact copy many parts of iOS but Apple is being too big a douche and doesn't let go even after receiving the 1 billion.

What phone you ... morehaha! what does wp8 bring that jellybean has not! jellybean is a totally lag free zippy os! by the way i have an xperia sand galaxy tab 10.1 and my brother has s3 with official jellybvean and i will still on droid till death because i love what it offers!droid offers everyhting on nice prices while wp8 are expensive with nothing special other than droid features and ugly metro ui!
