I see on the list belguim, Irak , Iran, france and other but where is Android 11 for people that have the phone in the Netherlands ( Dutch)

Still remember how everyone predicted Nokia will give the 8.3 OLED and telephoto lens for $600, but the real 8.3 have none of those but still selling more than $600? Bottom line is, don't put too much hope on Nokia.
