Yes OLED panels are expensive, especially those with touchscreen support (a HP Spectre x360 convertible i5 already costs about 1.5x a M1 Macbook Air). Not sure about Lenovo but Samsung OLED laptops aren't cheap though not too overpriced.
2. It depends on the screen color calibration, and whether it'll support ex. P3, Adobe RGB, etc. But OLED panels do have PWM despite having the potential of being brighter as it's more efficient.

But i think LCD is still better for Laptops.
OLED suited more for TV,Mobiles, Foldables.

Price will go up 2x lol... Tab S7+ already uses amoled
