I admire Jerry's content regarding durability test. But even a very durable phone can break on a hand of a careless user. Just saying, if you know how to take care of your things, it may last longer than Jerry's 10 mins video.

This phone for gaming performance not really for durability. if look for durability Nokia 3310 is the best. win all model phone out there. this durability test mean less. i watch your video because i would like to see internal build. lets guess farrari and continental car which one more durable and why farrari/lamborghini expansive?

each time I stifled a laugh, but no incident was forgettable and at no point is $1,000 an easy loss.
unless some stainless steel or rigid carbon fiber case for the Rog Phone 5 becomes easily available, purchasing it is *UNTHINKABLE*.
no phone is precious enough to merit 24/7/365 hypercare and hyperparanoia. unless a nearly indestructible case for the Rog 5 emerges immediately, purchase of it is a bad joke and no amount of Internet sarcasm can hide that cold fact.

Obviously it was a design flaw.
I disagree that phones should be handled with the thought that they are made of the most delicate materials. They make rugged phones with the same glass on the front as other brands and are subjet to mil specs. iPhones are weak and your weak for defending them.

I'm quite confident the rog 5 will do just fine for most users
