Leakster: the massive GN2 sensor will debut with a Xiaomi phone at the end of March

Previously, @IceUniverse said that the ISOCELL GN2 will be featured on the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, which is most likely the phone in question.

Actually, the total megapixel count is 100 as this is a dual pixel sensor. So these are actually rectangular 0.7μm x 1.4μm pixels. But due to the microlenses, the resolution will be more comparable to a 50 megapixel Quad Bayer sensor.

              it will mainly be used for taking better selfies, but can also display the time and some notifications.

                That's a crazy big camera island. Not sure what use the tiny screen will be but good for time/notifications I guess if you keep it face down.
