Sometimes he does use excessive force but not in the ROG 5. Just put the phone on your tight pocket and sit. I can expect the phone may bend but doesn’t get damaged.

Depends on the buyer. I personally do not know anyone that has a phone so bashed up like what Jerry did. Don't forget, he need to get views as well. I am not saying he is wrong, but we need to access how we want to use the information we had gotten.

It lacks support in the middle like traditional smartphone layout. It is still built decently, but just less rigid in the structural department.

A gaming phone shall have front facing stereo speakers on both sides when hold in landscape orientation. Bezels are perfect for this. A notch or punch hole is not needed, the display can stay unharmed. But I do care less for this year because Snapdragon 888 has too high peak power draw, it cannot sustain and performance drops below Snapdragon 865 for extended use. Better to have a bargain for last years generation. Of course only with bevels, headphone jack, SD card expansion, and lack of notch/punch hole. Companies who copy without judging cannot be taken seriously.

Indeed. The battery is really small and also It is a downgrade to have 7.1 inches in the BS3 and now will have 6.67 inches.The aspect ratio of the screen will be 19:5:9 on a teaser trailer is confirmed when they show the BS4 next to the iPhone 12 pro max which is 6.7 inches

The battery is too small
Odds are if you are buying this you need it too last for a long time
120 watt fast charging will degrade ur battery like crazy
And if u will be using 144hz refresh rate your battery life will drain crazily fast

I think styling wise this is not as good as the BS3 due to the punch hole, speaking about the exterior the camera array design is like a Samsung S10, rather outdated. Many demanding/modern games are still locked on 90fps maximum and usually that can only be played at the lowest graphics settings (ex. PUBG Mobile). The touch sampling is 720Hz yet I have barely seen PUBG/COD Mobile streamers using a gaming phone (just a few) and most use iPhones or iPads with just 120Hz sampling rate. Some of these iOS players I have seen are actually top 100 in Asian server in PUBG Mobile. So it may sound like a bit of a gimmick. (Owned a 240Hz sampling rate phone and it was rather sluggish)
