If N5 and N5P have a 15% and 20% speed improvement over N7, and N5 and N5P have a 30% and 40% power efficiency improvement over N7, then N5P has a 4% speed improvement over N5 and an 8% power efficiency improvement.
Workings:
120/115=1.04 or 4% improvement in speed of N5P over N5
140/130=1.08 or 8% improvement in power efficiency of N5P over N5

the M1 is 2-3x faster than comparable windows laptops proccesors(i3, i5, i7, even i9).

What are you talking about? A processor is not confined to a Mac computer or a Windows pc alone. There are multiple other OS's and forks like Linux and Ubuntu for example.
Plus, there are only two choices when it come's to CPU's and that's Intel & AMD if we're talking about desktop computing anyways as that M1 chip isn't nowhere close a Intel XEON or AMD Threadripper / EPYC anyhow....
