Wow, Intel is behind AMD for some time now..
Question : Why should I go for a 10nm Intel processor when AMD has 7nm processors?

Soc, 11 May 2021Apple will bring next m2 that will be twice as better on 30... moreM1 actually is junk. You can't upgrade RAM. And there is no real high end games that can run on it. The only place its useful is in mobile phones. Wait 2 years to see how things goes before giving advice (Intel, AMD versus Apple).

Intel has lost its luster, they have fallen behind all the Asians.

At 45W and 60W, your battery life will be horrendous. These laptops are really meant to be plugged in and sat on a desk, and not on your lap frying your intimate parts.

Mampara, 12 May 2021Intel should go fully with 10nm processors in all their chipsTheir capacity and yield may still be quite low. Somehow Samsung and TSMC are light years in front of them.

Intel and AMD is doing it for every brand who want to do laptops and desktops. Never mind that you can mix up a desktop with what ever parts as long as they are supported with motherboard and not like apple. These apple m chips are not even a competition to anyone as they are closed apple ecosystem only
