Would be great if the smaller pro gets all features of the big one that gives me carpal tunnel syndrome...
Would be better if the mini gets all pro features of the current pros. This is less likely though. 512GB mini would still be nice.

Note 20 Ultra, 03 Jun 2021There are lots of Tech in iPhone like LiDAR (I have iPhone ... moreIgnoring the fact that you apparently own an iPhone from around a decade into the future, It always puzzles me as to why those who disparage iPhone's always seem to own the most expensive option of such right along side their beloved androids.
I sure ain't parting with $2100 to own something I don't much like, but maybe that's just my common sense playing into matters.
In any event I'd wager that LIDAR sees a lot more use in the IOS eco system going forward than does the various TOF sensors that get thrown onto the backs of androids for apparently no reason at all.
Like the ridiculous never ending depth and macro combo's we see all the time, TOF seems like it's there only so an extra sensor can be marketed, it doesn't actually appear to do anything.
Oh and nobody 'robbed' your bank account, you wilfully parted with the money when you selected the most expensive version of what is universally known to be one of the most expensive smartphones on the market!

If it doesn't have the most powerful chipset and a great screen at the best cheapest price, it would be rendered worthless. Life on Android goes way beyond the spec sheets. The LG Velvet 5G is a perfect testament to such a statement. To see a smartphone with an upper midrange SD 765G chipset that can easily handle Desktop Mode performance really does make me question myself on whether I should really buy a flagship-grade smartphone after all*. In the olden days, flagship smartphones are definitely the best smartphone to buy. Now though, with upper midrange chipsets that can even offer similar real-world performance to flagship chipsets, I'm not sure if spending extra for a flagship is worth it unless if I deeply value mobile photography and also mobile videography.
