And why should Samsung be better than LG only because they provided updates on time? Don't you agree that when LG will provide updates on time it will become the best smartphone manufacturer? And where did you see that Samsung cares for their customers? By providing this so called updates? As I said earlier, they let bugs on purpose to give their customers a false feeling of updating, which has become useless, unless you make a good phone from the beginning, which is not the case.

have it here in Philippines since oct 4...became smoother and responsive and the graphics a little bit sharper...galaxy y hello kitty and regular galaxy y...

Samsung is not overrated, they are not making a false name like you say... they really care for their costumer, yes I'm one of them, and their service is great...

Just now I go to check the software update, it said that no updates available. Are there no updates for Malaysia?Please fix this problem. Thank You.

[deleted post]I don't own an Iphone, nor intend to own one, but Samsung has built a false name these years and they are overrated. That's what bothers me. And by the way, as much as I don't like Apple's products, let's not throw false statements, I think Apple has little to zero bugs from what I heard or seen on the web. And let's not forget who made the first smartphone in 2007, the Iphone 2G, which set a whole new standard for the years to come. You have the possibility these days to choose from numerous smartphones from different manufacturers just because a certain guy called Steve Jobs decided to make something never seen before. Look on the web for the Apple Iphone 2G unveiled and you will see how breakthrough was an Iphone even in 2007, when all the other manufacturers made phones with buttons, small screens and bulky.
P.S. I am an LG fan.

Samsung is one of the more reliable OEMs now when it comes to updates, even their low budget handsets may be upsetting the JB update which is more than I can say for HTC, Sony and Motorola.

Guys is this minor update for galaxy y duo or simple internsl mrm is horrible and sd catd direct storsge is not pissible. Forget sbt ssmmy Toy manufacturer turned cells by chsnce.
