17 June 2021
The areas of LG Best Shops that were reserved for LG phones will soon be empty - why not sell Apple phones, watches and tablets there?

Anonymous, 17 Jun 2021Before covid, LG was selling more than 45 million phones/ta... morethat is what sony is doing... selling where they can profit from... they started in china, knowing that it is where most phones are sold, and sales for 1iii does not disappoint there...
though they have too few collections compared to others (but it is understandable since that is costly, cost per unit is high... even now that they only have 3 phones, annually)...
sony is also slow in distributing compared to others...
but as for lg, they have great flagships, really... honestly i dont know where the problem is...
v60 being a powerhouse, especially for content creators, also great for content consumption...

Pro Me, 17 Jun 20213rd Most Sad thing that's happening to the mobile indu... morehuawei dying is good
          good riddance

I still prefer Android as an OS as much as I love my iPhones. I tend to still use my Essential Phone to download Loki episodes or movies on torrent sites. I use a VPN app to hide my location. And Android is really where all my videos and e-books are. I don't have my favorite movies on my iPhones.

For media content and piracy, I stick to Android. For all the customization stuff, I don't really care any more. I'm not some tweener using MySpace backgrounds. So I tolerate iOS for the lack of all that even though it's starting to look like MySpace with the different icons and widgets on iOS14.

Was on iOS three years before Android but used Android like three times longer as my primary. I originally hated Android when it was still on Gingerbread. I just use them both nowadays. I was 80-20 preferring Android but it's gone down to 55-45 thanks to my Apple Watch.

I used to support LG like I did with HTC back in 2013. Owned the G3 Beat and V20. Still own my G5. But like what others have said, LG really is trash. My G5's red Chinese battery has become utter garbage after only 2 years. It will die even at 50% and when I'm not using it for a day.

I finally just gave in to Apple 🍏 earlier this year. I still love my G5 but I shake my head with all the problems I had with it. While I bought a second iPhone SE1 and updated it a few days ago. It's amazing at 14.6. Even battery life isn't that bad since it's battery health is still at 99%.

I'm sticking to Apple. Just easier to deal with. I can go to a store and get the battery replaced. It's either Pixels or iPhones for me. I stick to companies who actually makes those OSes. Way better optimization. Samsung and all the Chinese companies are crap. Stick to Google or Apple.

              1. Google Pixel 3
              2. Apple iPhone 12 mini
              3. Essential Phone
              4. Apple iPhone SE
              5. LG G5
              6. Xiaomi Mi 3
              7. Google Nexus 5

MKL, 17 Jun 2021Very mature move from Apple. But for LG, it's just sho... moreFact: Lg has mobile network division operating in South Korea called LG U+, and they’re already selling almost a whole catalogue of Samsung phones, available both online website and offline in these Best Shops locations.

actually this is really sad, even BlackBerry didnt do that, LG didnt listen to what people always told them and now not only they lost, with this move they lost their dignity too !!

Problem is the proportion of cheap phones sold compared to high priced phones.
Too many cheap phones sold and not enough G/V series sold.
This way LG was not able to cover money invested to make the devices.
Devices like G2/G3/G4 were sucess, but newer models were not.

If LG had exited Africa, China and Southeast Asia in 2018, situation would be much better.
LG should have focused on markets they had good sales like America, West Europe and South Korea.
