Can't they only put glass where the coil will be situated? Personally I don't really see the idea of charging an 11 inch or even a 13 inch tablet wirelessly. It would take all the space on a wireless charger. What's next? Wireless chargers the size of a suitcase to accommodate all our devices?

Some kids may be demanding, but at the end of the day, their parents are the ones who make the decision. In any case, I don't like this. This aluminum back is better.

Imagine kids playing gam... moreyou have a fair point but we're talking about an iPad Pro here so giving it to children to play with when they can't take care of it doesn't seem to be something I would do even if it had MagSafe. And the back would be glass not aluminium so chances of breaking is even higher when given to children.

FatShady, 09 Jul 2021less restricted? keep dreaming.Not sure what you mean, but MacOS has been fairly open for years now. In fact, before WSL came around on Windows a couple years ago, MacOS or Linux were the go-to machine for software developers.
MacOS is nothing like iOS or iPadOS. And you can use a MacBook independently without an iPhone no issues. I've been rocking a Windows+Linux workstation + MacBook Pro + Android phone combo for almost a decade now. Now I don't need Linux because of WSL and can remote SSH to a workstation.

I bought iPad Pro 12.9" and the new display is horrible. Has horrible blooming and Very often cannot properly handle videos that are dark but not completely black, it starts glitching(randomly turning leds on and off very often).
Just wait for OLED, Mini LED is horrible.
