Vlady, 29 Jul 2021Why you didn’t patent this idea before..?Well, I'm not really in this industry. The bigger problem is, I'm from a small city in India and there isn't a single patent company which guide you through both technical and legal aspects of patenting in exchange of a small fee.
I'm on the other hand, neither technically very sound, nor possessing too much of legal knowledge. So, ain't nothing I can do unless I move out.

This is actually my idea... now, I'm not saying they stole it, but I had this idea way ago.
And its of a mobile phone with 360* display, on a wrist watch... more like a Wristphone, and it could be un-folded to make it straight like a smartphone.
Now tell me this is a useless concept as well? I don't think so.

1. looking at the photo ... they are all youth with big dreams, where are the seniors those at least born 1970s and older ??? to suggest and brings boundaries to new product design ?
2. 360 degree glass for daily use ... better expect careless people complaining and grudging the product
3. wearable and all cybernetic implants are for human, so, better seek guidance from professors of medical, they may excel in algorithm, but, they dont understand human as professors of medical understand human
better paraphrase the design to more humane

360° display is just useless. But, a smartwatch which could replace a smartphone when really needed, could be a huge success. Especially with good health sensors, a great camera, calling and GPS.

It is hard to see how 360º would be useful on the wrist. 180º could make sense, and perhaps even 270º, but the outside of our wrists are hard to see for the user. So at the best that part could be used decorative.
(and I too fear that it will be rather fragile)

But won't it make the band more prone to damage?
Unique concept but will they be able to be useful or a useless feature?... We will see....

Yes finally someone is steping up to this challenge!
This is going to be quite a feat to do it right though. Because, as someone in the comments already managed to complain about, it will be tough to make it durable. And the price of course. Well kudos Xiaomi for even trying, it got really interesting now.

360 flexible screens is useless. It just make the band easier to get damaged plus it will be uncomfortable
