[deleted post]I don't own an iPhone, I'm an android guy. Most of my friends use iPhones though and like I said, those who use older models don't mind the short battery life.

I know many people who use an iPhone X or have bought one recently and despite being from 2017, it continues to have the latest software. Sure battery life is a problem, but they don't seem to mind that. So I'd say the 5 years of software updates is a pretty good thing. And neither is the security thing a gimmick. After watching the Mrwhosetheboss video on Calyx OS, I do believe iOS is much more secure than Android. So yh, stop hating on Apple.

In reality, E4 AMOLED panels are the offerings of Samsung for other manufacturers (e.g. Oppo, OnePlus) who want the displays of their premium segment phones to deliver the best watching experience to their customers. But they're not as astonishing as the panels which Samsung Mobile allocate for themselves and Apple(I know that sounds a bit weird, but that's the truth), namely M11 AMOLED panels (and upcoming M12). In short, this E5 and its predecessor are much better than the panels used on sub-400$ (e.g Redmi Note 10 series, Galaxy A series), so they're not kinda mediocre.
