More likely a WearOS requirement rather than a Samsung requirement. Where are your new Tizen watches Samsung?

That is bad, I am happy to own a pink samsung galaxy active 2, it supports iphone 12 pro max perfectly

Samsung made the right call. Anybody using ios device will rather buy apple watch than this for better integration. So they didn't spend resources on another platform where no one will buy it.

Pre-ordered my fold 3 512gb and watch 4 classic 46mm lte and traded in my Note 10 plus.
