Recently sent an HTC one X to to be repaired for a faulty screen at HTC Jordan. They fiddled around with it for 48 hours and returned it not working!! When asked why, the local dealership informed me that they have missing parts in stock and they require 2 weeks to arrive, so they took the missing part from another device that has been sent in for repair (also waiting some parts to arrive) and tried to fix my handset, but failed! Of course they returned the handset with the screen not locked in place!! When I asked for a replacement handset, they informed me that HTC does not have a policy of replacing any faulty handset, even if the dealership fails to fix it!! Does it really make sense to leave a handset for 2 weeks at a dealership to TRY to fix it? And what exactly would happen when they fail to fix it?! Is HTC still wondering why they are losing money?!

Damn.. One VX has a dual core 1.5Ghz Krait with Adreno 302! You sure it's an entry level device? Its specs sounds better than the Xperia Acro S which is considered mid level device already.
