Hi,
I want to upgrade my Cell which is having ice cream sandwich OS. my cell name is HTC desire C with 512 MB RAM.
Kindly let me know how can I upgrade my cell to jelly bean.

If 512 mb ram is not enough for jelly bean then what about htc Desire 300 which have 512 mb ram and jellybean.

I agree with others If HTC does not want to update phones in a timely manner just stop buying them and buy a nexus.

My solution don't buy HTC or samsung. Buy only nexus phones direct from google. At list we will get on time update.
