Anonymous, 06 Sep 2021because mtk means no support from xda.Which person which is not tech savvy or someone told them know about custom rom? U can literally costumize ur own phone. And it's not like they have plenty of other sd kirin apple and even unisoc options. Just because eone phone has mtk it does tmean ur going to scream and get mad and say no mtk no buy as if u can't buy another rphone without mtk

And for some reason medatek os cheaper than sd, they get slower after a while and your phone wont last the same as with a sd inside. Thats hard to swallow but its true.

I paid fore brand new, Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 (Amoled, compact, thin(er), 33w charger) 160 euros. So, tell me, why would anyone chose Redmi 10, with dull screen, low brightness, low end MediaTek SoC, for same price? Then again, this is Xiaomi, with a month, price will drop to 110-120 euros (for Redmi 10).

Mtk dimensity series destroy any cheap 5g sd phones. The dimensity 700 is better than sd 480. The dimensity 800 is better than sd 690 and is equal to sd 750. The dimensity 820 is better than sd 765g. The dimensity 900 is equal to sd 780g/sd 860(non 5g tho). The dimensity 1100/1200 is equal or less than sd 870(the sd 870 is flagship anyway) but is better than sd 865.

They can be more popular if they put an Snapdragon inside and not the mediocretek G88...cause it wont last a year until became super laggy.
Xiaomi dont learn, Xiaomi fans wont mind paying a little more for quality stuff...money isnt all, isnt about money people keep buying Xiaomi, is because the quality...
I think think they should came with Snapdragon 690 at least.
