Andrei, 14 Sep 2021I will buy it because for 800 euros i receive the phone and... morehave fun paying way to much to get trapped in an ecosystem. that watch is definitely not worth 250€ because unless it's the Watch 2 it won't get updated to WearOS 3.0 so it's already at EOL and apps are pulling support. really great decision you made there. please tell me how it went

The pricing is insanely high for something which isn't IP68 certified & no wireless charging for £800. $600 would have been the right pricing.

All Oppo and OnePlus phones looking just the same. Cover the company logo and you would not be able to discern between the two companies' designs.
A real shame that this is what we have come to.

Really sad pricing for what is otherwise a decent phone here in India, I got the X7 Max (12/256) for lower than the price of Reno6 5G (8/128). We don't have the Pro+ variant here but the Pro (D1200) is also ridiculously priced tbh, they have jacked up the pricing way too much in the previous years!

Having a high sim-free price just makes the contract deals look better tbh (which are competitively priced, e.g. my carrier had find x2 pro for same price as base s20 last year)

800 euro for SD870 as the Reno 6 Pro is insane price. You get SD888 phones from right to left from other brands. Even known brands like Samsung and Sony will go with that prace range way before someone will get an Oppo in EU.
And then that Reno 6 with Dimensity 900 for 500 euro are they huts ? Who will buy these with that price ?

In the south east Asia(India Pakistan etc) they literally put them for like 5 times cheaper than the global versions. And although I never saw the reno 6 pro price I did see the reno 6 price. And the marketing tricks that oppo uses. Like the fake bokeh flare thingy which Is literally regular bokeh like portrait mode one.

Why should any european buy this? these prices are so ridiculous there are real flagships out which cost far less. How did Oppo grow to such a market share with prices like these?
