What a BS from Xiaomi... I hope nobody applies, this has to be done by paid people!
At least they should send out devices for people to test, that would be some kind of recompensation!

Exactly, it's part of why I changed from Mi 10 Pro to S21 Ultra.
Now I am getting security updates before the month starts, I loved the phone but the poor updates frustrated me and was never 100% sold on the software, but they all have their own quirks.

Obviously they can't have a public beta. Would be awkward to have a forum full of complaints about preinstalled Beijing remote controls.

rizki1, 30 Sep 2021oh sorry so what phones you are using?It's a Redmi note 9 pro, it's a midrange so that's probably why i don't get regular updates but it can be so annoying sometimes seeing that people from my country that uses the same device gets update but i don't.

People from my country are receiving MIUI 12.5 ever since july/august. What i said is that they have poor service for updating system outside of China. It doesn't have anything to do with their Android 12 releasing at all. And i'm always waiting 2-3-4 months for a security patch while other companies are giving once per month.

No thx, im happy with my Mi 11 ultra miui 12.5.12 stable eu rom.
So i can wait for android 12... Even more i look forward for miui 13.
